Friends
Throughout the years, José has met many of the world’s main authors. He has visited them in their homes or entertained them in Portugal. They discussed literature, art and world affairs. Some of these meetings were not photographed, such as the ones with Salman Rushdie, Michael Ondaatje or Nobel laureate Herta Muller, but from many we do have photographic or video records.
