The Wrath of God was carried out on site in Pakistan, Egypt and Armenia, where the action takes place. The author also consulted the
Koran and the ahadith, Islam’s holy texts, and the books written by the most notorious jihadists, including Sayid Qutb and Hassan Al-Banna. The novel was also reviewed by a moderate Muslim cleric and by a former Al-Qaeda operative.
